After 10 years away from camping we just purchased a 2022 Cruiser Aire Travel Trailer. The experience from start to finish was wonderful. Jessica and Michael showed us many travel trailer options and eventually helped us find the one that met our needs the best. The day we picked it up we walked into the dealership to find our names on a board welcoming us to the Lee's RV Family. The friendliness and helpfulness of Tom and his staff made us feel appreciated and valued. Eric, the certified technician, that did the walk thru with us, both inside and out, was very knowledgeable and informative. We appreciated being able to video tape him as he explained important things to us so we have it for future reference. Tom is very personable, fun and easy to work with. He made sure we were happy and satisfied with everything. Zach, assisted us with purchasing some items that we needed for our travel trailer. We look forward to getting on the road, sightseeing and making some new memories with our camper. We are pleased that Lee's RV was just down the road to assist us with this process and it's nice to know they are there should we need anything in the future.
